I was lucky enough to attend an event catered by Classic Gathering couple weeks ago.

The food display was very creative, all hors d’oeuvres looked appetizing and tasted phenomenal as well. Louise and her team offered outstanding service.

Classic Gathering is top notch!

I am am always looking for something that’s different to entertain my friends. I had the pleasure of being invited to a showcase for classic gathering, and I was more than surprised! It wasn’t the run of the mill appetizers, each appetizer was more delicious than the next. One of the things I really loved, was the little spoons that the appetizers were served in. The spoons were edible, so there was nothing left when you ate the appetizer. I have never seen that before! No more looking for a place to put the toothpick or the little cup … It’s part of the appetizer and you eat it! i’m looking for an excuse to have people for a small cocktail party, so that I can show them what I have found… Something different then the other parties I’ve been to!

I have known and worked with Louise for many years. She is professional in the best sense of the word. I attended her open house introduction showcasing her gorgeous and delicious foods and, this is the catering business I would book for any type of upscale food presentation for whatever I would like it to be. Sarasota is extremely fortunate to have available this high-end company to add to whatever function you want in order to “hit it out of the ballpark.” Foods were stunning, delicious and plentiful. I recently attended a party that Classic Gathering catered. The food was unique, all hand-made from scratch. The food was beautifully presented, only to be outdone with bursts of flavor in every bite. Louise, the owner, was so hospitable and kind.

I look forward to using her in the future.
